Можно ли расширить тр. FS00?
Требуется обеспечить ведение своих атрибутов счета главной книги, т.е. добавить ведение новыхс полей на существующих закладках или создать новую закладку со своими полями в этой транзакции.

В 4.7 точно нет расширений для этой цели.
А зачем вообще трогать стандартную транзакцию ведения основных данных счетов?
Собственные контировки можно вести и в своей таблице с ключом HKONT Wink
