On behalf of my client, one of the largest international conglomerates (diversified group of companies) based in Republic of Azerbaijan, I am seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the ERP Project Manager role.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business systems and identify processes that can be gainfully improved/covered under the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Present As-Is and To-Be process maps to business process owners and seek approval
Create business case for the ERP-led process redesign
Manages and coordinates ERP software implementations to achieve defined objectives of scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
Participation in selection process of ERP system
Participation in the projects budgeting process
Create internal resource plan to prepare for ERP implementation
Collaborate with ERP support partner to incorporate best practices
Defines strategy and requirements to achieve successful rollout.
Collaborate with functional departments to manage cross-modular impact
Prioritizes tasks and coordinates resources on assigned projects.
Troubleshoots and resolve complex issues.
Monitors cost, progress, and quality of projects.
Schedules projects and ensures they are completed within budget, on time, and according to internal or external customer satisfaction.
Project Status reporting, Escalate issues & anticipate project delays
Keep record of all Project Documents & communication
Train users
Write, test and integrate with non-ERP application programs.


Qualification : Master’s Degree

Experience : 5+ years of ERP-User experience in a large organization. 3+ years ERP Project Management experience


Other Details :

We are looking for a person with good project management skills and professional in finance and logistics issues:
- Thorough knowledge of systems analysis & design methodologies and process diagramming techniques.
- Management Abilities
- Must possess strong oral, written & communication skills.
- Good knowledge of business systems like Financial Accounting, Inventory etc. Comfortable working in a pressurized environment
Leadership role, multi-tasking, meet tight deadlines
The successful candidate will be managing multiple ERP projects across a range of systems throughout different industry verticals including retail, finance, manufacturing and distribution.

Remuneration:
Up to $5k a month, Bonus (success based) up to $12k, relocation and accomodation
1-year contract with possible prolongation
