Для расширения структуры бухгалтерского документа нужно создать новые поля в блоке контировки (SPRO -> Финансы -> Специальные регистры -> Ведение блока контировки), затем нужно сделать подэкран для новых полей - (SPRO -> Финансы -> Основные параметры финансов -> Документ -> Позиция документа -> Управление -> Ведение частей экранов для блоков контировок). И установить статусы видимости. Сохранение таких полей будет происходить автоматически.
