Подскажите еще такой момент как отловить , когда пользователь нажимает на Checkbox ?

parameters: gACTSET2 as checkbox default 'X'.

И как по казать или спрятать поле ввода по этому нажатию?

Обычно в sy-ucomm пишется название события. по нему и отлавливать это действие на этапе AT SELECTION-SCREEN.

PARAMETERS p_belnr TYPE bkpf-belnr.

AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT.
  LOOP AT SCREEN.
    IF screen-name CS 'P_BELNR'.
      IF gactset2 IS NOT INITIAL.
        screen-active = 1.
      ELSE.
        screen-active = 0.
      ENDIF.
    ENDIF.
    MODIFY SCREEN.
  ENDLOOP.
