Есть ли ФМ для преобразования ALV в дерево?

Нет. Это все таки разные объекты, хоть некоторые из них и похожи друг на друга. Для дерева нужны поля с иерархией структуры (ноды), чтобы определять какие записи в таблице "родители", какие - "дети". Для грида же это не нужно.
