Здравствуйте!
Я использую SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 для отправки писем с аттачем. Для этого я указываю присоединяемые данные через параметр contents_bin.

В версии системы 7.00 с включенным Unicode после каждого символа вставляется еще пустой символ. Кто-нибудь знает, как решить проблему?

надо использовать CONTENTS_HEX вместо CONTENTS_BIN.
