Отображаю отчет в ALV лист и нужно, чтобы колонки автоматически растягивались по ширине для отображений всех данных. Какими настройками это делается в REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY?

Попробуйте в LAYOUT установить значение параметра CWIDTH_OPT равным 'X'.
