Это вообще возможно, без написания программы посмотреть содержимое таблицы в другом клиенте?

Как вариант - создать в SE11 ракурс БД из нужной таблицы, а поле MANDT(CLIENT) - перетащить в самый низ. Вьюха будет игнорировать принадлежность базовой таблицы к какому-либо манданту и выдавать все (последнее поле как-раз и покажет справочно в каком манданте значение).
