SAP note на этот exit мало, в них ничего похожего нет.
Пройдитесь еще раз внимательно по шагам, по инструкции

Вот конкретно по ней я и узнал обо всем этом...только вот хз почему не работает...все пункты этой инструкции выполнены Sad Повторюсь...я хочу заставить старую прогу работать...она когда-то работала...и с ней что-то сделали, как-то её выключили или хз что еще с ней сделали...

Попробуйте посмотреть ФМ SUSR_LOGON_USER_EXIT, в котором непосредственно и вызывается этот user-exit, потестируйте его, "проваливается" ли у Вас внутрь CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION '001'?Не совсем понятно, include ZXUSR01 Вы сами создавали или всё уже было создано раньше, а сейчас Вы просто пытаетесь что-то подправить?

You can set a transaction from 46X onwards, whenever a user logon to SAP using standard program ADMIN_SET_START_TRANSACTION_FO or use function module NAVIGATION_SET_START_TCODE.

Да именно так...include ZXUSR01 был создан до меня...
