Добрый день!

Подскажите пожалуйста, с помощью какой команды можно остановить цепочку процессов в BW по определенному условию. Также подойдет вариант с переводом блока в статус с ошибкой (красный).

Попробуйте ФМ RSPC_API_CHAIN_INTERRUPT. Это RFC модуль, его можно вызвать по какому-нибудь событию из ERP, в том числе.
На вход подается имя цепочки процессов и флаг "прибить"
