Привет!
Существует ли какой-нибудь ФМ, который запускатся только один раз, при входе пользователя в систему? Нам нужно сохранять в пользовательскую таблицу некие данные.

Можно использовать стартовую транзакцию.
А какие данные нужно сохранять при входе каждого пользователя? Если время начала работы и прочую белеберду для службы безопасности - можно попросить базисников настроить логирование действий пользователя. Вроде такая возможность есть.
