не могу создать abap proxy

в инете полно инструкции как создать абап прокси (потребить веб сервис), один раз у меня получилось, второй раз при генерации прокси, выдает ошибку 404 not found.
вроде обычная процедура, создаешь, вставляешь url адрес где лежит wsdl (в моем случае это внешний сервер, но через браузер ссылку открывает, значит доступ есть!), нажимаешь готово и вот: прокси не может быть сгенерирована "HTTP error (return code 404, message "Not Found")"
помогите советом!
