Добрый день.
При выгрузки данных в эксель через буфер обмена с русскими символами получаю кракозябры, в виндовых приложениях все это лечится программной установкой русской раскладки при копировании в буфер(вызов LoadKeyboardLayout) а возможно такое сделать в сапе? Или придется отказаться от буфера обмена?

Может попробовать до CLIPBOARD_EXPORT провести преобразование данных в соответствующую кодировку?

Ну что нибудь типа CL_ABAP_CONV_OUT_CE использовать.
