We are looking for a result-oriented, well organized IT Project Manager to participate in SAP CIS Program implementation starting in 2011.

Objective:
Introduce adidas group’s Global IT solutions for CIS (Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan) to ensure a stable and scalable systems landscape supporting future CIS business processes.
The role of the IT Project Manager for CIS includes the local responsibility for the implementation of the defined IT project portfolio as well as overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of those projects by coordinating the various Local IT functions and by measuring the expected results.

Roles & Responsibilities of IT Project Manager for CIS includes:  
    Ensures successful set up and implementation of the IT program,
      Alignment with Global IT and coordinate the local CIS IT organization
      Drive and support change management process in local IT
      Responsible for successful project execution in Russia/CIS
      Support definition, approval and prioritization of the projects portfolio re uired for CIS
      Building execution monitoring capabilities to track initiatives and their implementations progress
      Support coordination and communication of the CIS IT program including progress reporting to CIS program steering board
      Project Risk Management and project controlling
      Steering and supporting decision making process by providing relevant information
      Identification and alignment of  topics and initiatives re uiring cross projects, cross-functional and/or organizational focus and trigger necessary alignment
      Ensuring compliance to adidas Group Global IT computing and software standards, policies and methodologies
      Demonstrate high project management skills and high resource management skills with the goal to complete projects in time, uality and budget and/or meet expected service levels.

      Good communication and influencing skills
      Very good English language skills, Russian mother language 
      Strong project and program management skills
      3+  years SAP (ideally AFS) experience on nearly all modules (SD,MM,FI/CO)
      Experienced in SAP implementation projects
      Be able to think in an analytical and structured way
      Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
      Well rounded team management skills
      At least 7 years of experience in IT operations and implementation, with team lead and/or management experience.
      Ability to translate business re uirements into cost-efficient (IT) solutions.
      Very good knowledge of the application deployment life cycle.
      International understanding and mentality.
      Minimum of 5 years of experience in global large scale projects.
