Запросы и предложения на поставку МТР в SAP R3

Я разбираюсь с процессом поставкаи материалов SAP
необходимо после создания запроса на поставку получить предложения поставщика и уже из предложений составить заказ на поставку
Вопрос можно ли в SAP в предложении вводить свои данные (номер материала и т.п) и если можно то как и сохраниться ли история того какой материал запросили и какой предлагает в замен поставщик?
