В транзакции FB03 у пользователя нет кнопки "Смена режима просмотра/ режима изменения (Ctrl+F1)". Подскажите, пжл, где искать? Спасибо!

Например у пользователя нет полномочий на изменение документа.
На самом деле причин может быть много - посмотрите в программе SAPMF05L, для каких условий в таблицу EXCLTAB добавляется функция 'CHAE'.
