Application Management is the global team in company with key mission to “Increase business application reliability & efficiency & drive optimization of it’s maintenance cost”. The core activities are leis in areas of Application Lifecycle Management, where
• Provide change management processes & tools
• Ensure effective utilization of application landscape
• Provide efficient capacity & performance & data volume management
• Deliver application technical and functional enhancements - releases
• Ensure application business continuity (disaster recovery)framework execution


Job responsibility
• In charge Performance Management area within COE Application Management team (SAP mainly) - assure consistent improvement of system response time
o Ownership: own the performance (archiving/capacity) management program for the COE applications (primary focus Atlas), propose and investigate opportunities for improvements; accountable for performance KPI’s
o Co-ordination & execution: accountable and responsible for execution of the activities for performance improvements, involving key COE/GIST stakeholders
o Problem Management: for all performance issues/escalations
• Look after the overall effectiveness of our SAP landscape ( non SAP possible) – assure effective & efficient usage of SAP landscape and it’s optimization
o Ownership: own the landscape activities plan for template, rollout and production environment; investigate opportunities for effectiveness
o Co-ordination & execution: execution of the landscape plan thought cooperative work with COE & GIST team
• Acting as a team manager with associates & contractors reporting to him/her - 3 or 4 associates, 1-2 contractors
• Owner of the programs/projects of improvements and innovations in the areas of Application Landscape, System Performance –
o Plan, co-ordinate & execute the program plan within the agreed budget & timings, taking into account inter-dependencies of the projects and activities, as well x-divisional view
• Act as a Program Management office (PMO) for SAP Max Attention service, which Mars engaged in – assure effective usage of contract globally across Mars, lead discussion with SAP on proactive improvements, define plan of future SAP services for internal Mars projects

Language: fluent English is mandatory, another European Language is an asset
