Hi ABAP Gurus,

I have the requirement to develop a flexible program which can scan a certain subfolder in AL11 and delete files which are older than one week (the date from which one week is subtract is entered by the user)

Please give me suggestions how can i start with it.

I recommend to try do it not in ABAP. Maybe OS-related sripts (UNIX, Windows command and schedulers).

U can use unix commands
'ls -lR' - get list of all files with directory
'rm -rf dir_or_file_name' - delete file or directory
