не могу нигде найти об этом никаких сведений.мне нужно полное соединение.каков синтаксис?

Что подразумевается под full join?
Смотрите справку по оператору SELECT, раздел FROM.

мне нужно получить все возможые соединения.
таблица1:вася петя
таблица2:маша даша.
итог:вася маша,вася даша,петя маша,петя даша.

Выберите данные обеих таблиц во внутренние таблицы и делайте, что хотите с помощью LOOP..ENDLOOP.
Зачем нагружать БД?
