Дата и Время в формат datetime

Помогите найти ФМ (или другой способ), чот бы перевести Дату типа DATS, и время типа TIMS в формат - не знаю как он верно называется но в MySQL это "datetime", то есть формат с плавающей точкой

к примеру если: 03.06.2011 19:38:35
то результат должен быть: 40695,8184606481

Я нашел:
HRIQ_PROC_DH_DATETIME_TIMESTMP
HRIQ_PROC_DH_TIMESTMP_DATETIME

но он переводит в 20110603163835,0000000
то есть не то что нужно!? Question

Как это сделать понятия не имею, но вот зачем это нужно, мне интересно.

нужно для того, что бы без дополнительных переводов формата сразу инсертить в базу данных (не сап)

не нашел я ничего подобного в сапе, пришлось передавать дату и время типом стринг и делать в базе ХП (хранимую процедуру) где делаю convert
Code:
convert(datetime, 'dd.MM.yyyy hh:mm.ss')
