With R/3 enterprise a tree control is used for the structure in IH01.
With the tree control there is no search function. So the binoculars
icon can not be activated.
If you need the search function in the structure you can disable the
tree design of the sturcture using the set parameter PM_TREE_INACTIVE
in the user settings. In this case the old design will be used.
The same issue arises for all similar transactions and the parameter
setting changes the behaviour for all these transactions.
It is not a deliberate decision to leave out a search feature,
this just does not exist in the new tree control. See note 642753
that states this.
Unfortunately there is no way of getting search functionality
without wswitching back to old format with PM_TREE_INACTIVE.
