Есть группа функций KKE3.
Там есть глобальная табличка I_TAB, объявленная в INCLUDE LKKE3TOP:
DATA: I_TAB TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF RK70K_TAB WITH HEADER LINE.
Как достать оттуда данные из ABAP-расширения проверки/замещения?

Вот пример:
Code:

 DATA: l_xbseg LIKE bseg OCCURS 0 WITH HEADER LINE.
 FIELD-SYMBOLS: <xbseg>.

 ASSIGN ('(SAPLFACI)XBSEG[]') TO <XBSEG>.
 L_XBSEG[] = <XBSEG>.

Здесь мы получаем доступ к внутренней таблице XBSEG, объявленной глобально в группе функций FACI

ЗЫ. Естесственно группа функций (в вашем случае KKE3) должна быть уже загружена
