проблема с PFAL.

Коллеги, доброго дня.
Столкнулся с проблемкой следующего характера.
Есть сотрудник, но у него нет орг.присвоения (воопчем несписочный состав).
И PFAL его естественно не подтягивает.
у кого-нить есть опыт переноса таких людей в другую систему?
