Устанавливал не на C:, поэтому в Пуске у меня ничего нет. Нашел батник startSystem.cmd, это оно?

После установки, в конце, тебе было предложено установить MMC (SAP Management Console). Ты скорее всего убрал эту галочку. Решение: установи его отдельно.
