Как конвертировать файл в юникодный файл?

Утро доброе,
мне нужно считать файл с локального компьютера (GUI_UPLOAD), конвертировать в юникодный формат и сохранить на локальном компьютере. Обнаружил класс CL_ABAP_CONV_OUT_CE, но не понятно, как его использовать?
