Добрый день!
При вызове из своей программы другой транзакции через CALL TRANSACTION в какой-нибудь таблице сохраняются все сообщения, которые появлялись во время ее выполнения? Есть подозрение, что используемый в транзакции user-exit завершил работу с ошибкой, нужно отловить сообщение.

Посмотрите в хелпе по CALL TRANSACTION описание конструкции MESSAGES INTO itab - должно помочь. Правда еще наверное потребуется заполнять BDCDATA, но не уверен
