Как создать новый ParameterID?

Привет.
В транзакции SU01 пытаюсь добавить новый ParameterID на закладке Parameters, но выдается сообщение, что мой параметр не существует. Вопрос, где создать новый параметр и как прочитать его в программе?

Параметры хранятся в таблице TPARA
1) sm30 - TPARA
2) SE80 - Меню Workbench- Edit Object.. - Закладка More...
- SET/GET Parameter ID - вписываете новое название - Кнопка Создать
