Замена вложенных IF ... ENDIF на DO ... ENDDO.

Думаю, какдому программисту приходилось писать конструкции со множественными вложениями IF ... ENDIF.
Например:

Code:
READ TABLE table1 WITH KEY ...
IF sy-subrc = 0.
 
  READ TABLE table2 WITH KEY ...
  IF sy-subrc = 0.

    READ TABLE table3 WITH KEY ...

    IF sy-subrc = 0.
      ...
    ENDIF.
  ENDIF.
ENDIF.


Данная конструкция плохо читаема, требует переформатирования отступов в случае вставки нового условия.
Выбрав для себя другую конструкцию еще со времен разработки на C++, в ABAP я использую более удобную констркуцию

Code:

DO 1 TIMES.

  READ TABLE table1 WITH KEY ...
  CHECK sy-subrc = 0.
 
  READ TABLE table2 WITH KEY ...
  CHECK sy-subrc = 0.

  READ TABLE table3 WITH KEY ...
  CHECK sy-subrc = 0.

  ...
ENDDO.
