Как открыть в NWDS EAR файл на изменение?

Добрый день, товарищи! Возникла такая проблема у меня есть EAR файл без исходников мне нужно внести в него изменения и соответственно потом грузануть в систему так чтоб он потом работал. Подскажите пожалуйста как можно его декомпелировать или открыть на изменение желательно в NWDS? Буду рад любой информации по этой теме, может кто знает где можно об этом прочитать?
