Как изменить класс оценки при проводке переносам материала в MIGO на новую партию и вид движения.

Т.е. Вы хотите при проводке переноса из материала "Сырье" сделать "Спецодежду", к примеру? Или же речь о смене вида оценки все таки, а не класса?
Насколько я понимаю, класс оценки не участвует в самом документе материала, а учитывается при формировании финансового документа. И определяется он непосредственно из бухгалтерского ракурса ОЗМ.
Вид же оценки относится непосредственно к документу движения, используется для дополнительной аналитики и может быть изменен при проводке переноса.

попробуйте MB_MIGO_ITEM_BADI для события ITEM_MODIFY для MIGO
