К примеру есть текстовая строка <NAME>Customer XXX</NAME>
подскажите пожалуйста какую функцию необходимо использовать, чтобы
получить ту инфо которая между тэгами?

Есть еще вопрос по этому ФМ-у HTTP2_GET(HTTP_GET) работает ли он в фоновом режиме ? В обычном режиме все отрабатывает отлично а в фоновом не отрабатывает.

Должен и в фоновом режиме отрабатывать.
