Ошибка BAPI_PO_CREATE1 при повтороном вызове

Здравствуйте!

FM BAPI_PO_CREATE1 запускаю несколько раз в цикле. Если какой-то вызов окончился неудачей, все повторные вызовы тоже заканчиваются с той же ошибкой.

Пробовал память чистить между вызовами,
CALL FUNCTION 'MEREQS_REFRESH'.
CALL FUNCTION 'MEPO_DOC_INITIALIZE'.

пробовал запускать внутри remote-enable FM с внутренним commit и destination 'NONE'.

CALL FUNCTION 'ZE_BAPI_PO_CREATE1_WITH_COMMIT'
DESTINATION 'NONE'

все равно ошибка остается.

Система ECC 6.00, что еще сделать?
