Есть транзакция IN04.

Транзакция устроена таким образом что напрочь отключено сохранение варианта и главная программа по ходу самой транзакции выбирает вид работы ...

Мне необходимо на 2 экране запретить редактироание 2 полей TPVON и TPKANT.

Подскажите как это сделать?

Ну если ничего не поможет, можно использовать field-exit.
Поле закрыто не будет, но внутри field-exit генерить сообщение об ошибке типа E: "Поле нельзя редактировать".

Попробуйте сделать вариант транзакции с помощью SHD0
