Создал отчет в ALV Grid с нестандартными подитогами по полям, использую событие subtotal_text, на экране все выглядит отлично, а при стандартной печати выводятся те значения, которые были мною изменены

Могу предположить, что при выводе в спул не отработало событие
SUBTOTAL_TEXT

Может попробовать напрямую модифицировать subtotals?

Да, на самом деле событие не отрабатывает, тоже самое происходит, когда используешь для вывода списка REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY
