Некорректное сохранение текста в файл

Добрый день, коллеги!
Вот вышел после отпуска, а тут такая проблемка со старой программой нарисовалась.
Я вывожу некоторый текст в файл через CALL FUNCTION 'DOWNLOAD'
Code:

    CALL FUNCTION 'DOWNLOAD'
      EXPORTING
        codepage            = 'IBM'
        filename            = var_file
        filetype            = 'ASC'
      IMPORTING
        act_filename        = act_fname
        act_filetype        = act_ftype
        filesize            = flength
        cancel              = abbrechen
      TABLES
        data_tab            = itab_s
      EXCEPTIONS
        file_open_error     = 01
        file_write_error    = 02
        invalid_filesize    = 03
        invalid_table_width = 04
        invalid_type        = 05
        no_batch            = 06
        unknown_error       = 07.


Текст содержит немецкие умляуты (это когда O, A и U с двумя точками над ними, если кто-то не в курсе).
До вызова функции текст выводится в Message с этими буквами.
В сохраненном файле в тексте вместо этих умляутов какие-то иные кракозябры.
Пробовал менять в функции codepage, на некоторые другие, но не помогло.
Где еще может быть решение проблемы?

проблема решена, нашел нужное значение для codepage

Для амляутов в windows используется windows-1252
