Вот возник у меня такой вопрос.
Есть ли в ABAP некий аналог конструкции, что часто используется в C++ :

Нет. Видимо и не нужно, потому что define в C++ часто нужен для задания платформоспецифичных параметров сборки кода, а ABAP к платформе не сильно привязан.
