Ищу ищу и не найду, может кто то подскажет где получал сертификат?

В самом SAP.

Насколько знаю, с частными лицами они не работают, только с партнерами. Если Вы только хотите заняться SAP, ищите работу стажера. После прохождения стажерства, например в компании IBS, они в обязательном порядке потребуют от вас прохождение сертификации, за их счет.
