Разыскивается функциональный модуль или BAPI для загрузки и создания счетов главной книги взамен batch-input программы RFBISA00.

Видимо нету бапишек. По крайней мере у бизнес-объектов BUS3006 "Основной счет" и BUS1028 "Главная книга" методов по созданию/ведению данных нет, только информационные методы в наличии.
