при создании Module pool с транзакцией программа не отрабатывает, пишет ошибка: is not a report program (type 'M'). В чём может быть проблема?

Вы в атрибутах программы какой тип указали?
Вот пример для программы SAPMF05A, транзакция FB01.

Если Вы только начинаете изучать ABAP, начните с типа 1 - Executable program. Для пула модулей должны соблюдаться определенные требования, они описаны в приведенных выше ссылках.

А в Executable program
Достаточно написать:

Code:

REPORT Z_IHAR_REPORT.

WRITE: / 'Test'.
